10 Storehouse Row, a $3.5 million adaptive reuse of a 38,400 sq. ft. historic naval warehouse (c. 1939) is home to a variety of diverse businesses, artists, and nonprofit organizations. The building also includes a cafe, 5000 sq ft of event and exhibition space and areas for displays of public art. The build was substantially completed in April of 2006, with final tenant upfits completed in April 2007. The building was rehabilitated using LEED standards as a guide. 10 Storehouse Row represents a successful historic tax credit project that experienced a quick lease-up and is 100% occupied.
